All tracking numbers are activated in 24 hours in the database of the shipping companies. If you are not able to track your order when you get your tracking number, it may be because the delivery company has not processed it inside their database system yet. Please allow 2-4 business days from the time you received you’re tracking number to the time you can track it online.

Most of our packages are shipped via EMS, DHL and UPS. Tracking numbers issued by EMS start with either EE or EA and end with CN.

You can track EMS shippments through your national postal service website:

DHL: A DHL tracking no. has 10 numbers (10 digits) & packages can be tracked at:

UPS: A UPS tracking number starts with M or H & packages can be tracked at:

All you have to do is enter the tracking number we provide in to the correct box on the shipping courier’s website and you will be provided with the information on your package.
